Contact lenses became a fashion statement for most of my batch mates recently. I’ve seen some girls wear them and even a good number of guys put it on too. Probably, the ones that are really trendy are those with wider diameter circle lenses (from 12 mm – 16 mm).That seems as though make your eyes pop out. They really do well in enhancing the eyes and by large, it also adds up to the look of the person wearing it.
Personally, I am fascinated and it’s really funny how I came up to the idea of buying my own pair. At first, I wanted to keep it a secret. Yet, I can’t help it. So I solicited ideas from a friend if it’s a good investment. I thought it’s costly given that, above all, I am not that wealthy. She enthusiastically approves nonetheless. On the other hand, I still wanted to be on the right track. After all I don’t want to regret anything. Subsequently, I sought consult for the pros and cons. I even searched the web for the suitable color of lens especially that I do have a dark skin tone. [OK, laugh with me here HAHA]. Finally, I bought the nude gray circle lenses for me. Initially I felt intimidated wearing it but I got the hang of it in the end. Nevertheless, it’s all worth it since I received an ample amount of compliment from people. I’m really glad about it.
However, I do have dilemma now. It expires after a year and if I was to count the times that I am not putting it on, it exceeds the times that I am wearing it. -_-*
